Our platform is optimised to meet the needs of professionals with up to 6 years of work experience. We currently do not have appropriate programs available for people with work experience of 6+ years.

The career guidance process is divided into 2 parts - career assessment and counselling. The online career assessment on a whole takes about 2.5 hours to complete. Following this, you can schedule your counselling sessions. Each counselling session typically lasts for 1 to 1.5 hours. The time gap between the 3 sessions is not fixed, and you can take them depending upon your requirement and availability.
We do not recommend career counselling without the career assessment, since the assessment gives the counsellor key insights about you, making the counselling process more effective and efficient. However, in certain cases, we do offer counselling sessions without it, if the assessment is not entirely applicable. Our counselling-only program costs Rs. 5000 and includes all features of our Explore program, minus the assessment. We only offer it on a case-by-case basis.
