Summary

Biophysicists study biological processes through the lens of physics. It is a growing enterprise worldwide, driven primarily by the widespread realization of the major contributions made by biological sciences. Biophysicists study organisms at the cellular and molecular level using the methods and approaches of Physics. The field encompasses the study of a wide range of upcoming academic areas including molecular and cell biology, atomic and molecular physics, organic and physical chemistry, etc.
