Mindler’s Commitment To Empower Students and Schools
Over the course of the year, we made several strides establishing meaningful connections with academic institutions. Mindler proudly signed Memorandums of Understanding with 107 schools, sparking collaborations that will bring the light of career clarity to countless students. Our partnerships have laid the groundwork for a new era of career guidance backed by accurate psychometric analysis and experienced career mentors.
Mindler orchestrated 23 Career Fairs across 2023, underscoring our unwavering dedication to enable students, parents, and educators to be more informed in an ever-evolving sea of career options. Three insightful Career Symposiums were also conducted, with a view to engineering a dynamic and forward-thinking academic environment.
In continuation of our commitment to international collaboration, Mindler expanded its influence to the UAE. Hosting a successful conclave for school leaders and counsellors, we forged new alliances across educational institutions and provided a platform for exchanging insights about the future of career guidance.
The ICCC Program in 2023
The International Certified Career Coach Program continued its stellar track record of aiding aspiring career coaches with a structured training methodology. The tri-level certification program continues to be a spearhead of the latest evidence-based career coaching practices, helping educators and professionals from diverse backgrounds gain proficiency in the domain.
The ICCC Foundation Program achieved its 75th Cohort, being responsible for guiding nearly 50,000 individuals across the threshold of the dynamic career coaching landscape since its inception. In 2023, more than 14,000 individuals embarked on a new road to guide future generations with career challenges.
A significant number then opted to take the next step in their journeys with the ICCC Advanced, Master, and Overseas Program, adding to the ranks of elite and highly trained career coaches across the world.
Additionally, we launched the Coachapreneur Program – a combination of the ICCC Program and the Mindler Partner Platform. This powerful synergy of the most comprehensive career coaching curriculum and our state-of-the-art SaaS platform helps ambitious career coaching ventures make a flying start.
The Mindler Partner Platform
2023 added an array of upgrades and improvements to the highly vaunted Mindler Partner Platform. This SaaS portal is the companion of choice for career coaches worldwide, boasting state-of-the-art features and a robust support team.
More than a hundred new career coaches entrusted their venture’s success to the Mindler Partner Platform, recognizing its unparalleled capabilities. A few notable cutting edge tools added to the portal this year were :-
- Profile Builder – A new feature enabling career coaches to assess and grade their students’ profiles. Profiles needing improvement are then provided with a list of avenues to strengthen them such as internships, certification courses, and more.
- Virtual Career Simulator Integration – An exciting modality that lets students virtually roleplay their desired careers without leaving their sofa. With more than 45 career buckets available, students can explore multiple careers with the guidance of expert mentors.
- Product Access Management Tool – A powerful upgrade that allows users of the Mindler Partner Platform to showcase select services on their students’ Dashboards.
- GRAFT – A customised Psychometric Assessment that can be tailored to individual use case scenarios and employed by institutions and organisations.
- Demo Orientation Style Assessment – A lead generation dynamo on a coach’s Landing Page helping them turn page visits into prospects.
In what will come as welcome news for career coaches practising overseas, our 5 Dimensional Psychometric Assessment has been adapted for international usage. Mindler Partners worldwide now have the opportunity to deploy this industry-renowned assessment, ensuring comprehensive, accurate, and effective evaluation and guidance for their students.
Mindler Immrse 2023 Recap
In an overview of major achievements, Mindler Immrse celebrated key milestones that defined its trailblazing journey of 2023. The Puma Corporate Experience stood out with a remarkable all-time surge in student registrations, reflecting its resounding success and signalling a paradigm shift in virtual internship engagement. This bodes well for a future where students can gain important industry experience without being constrained by location and time.
Beyond this major achievement, our recap underscores Immrse’s commitment to ushering in crucial and immersive career exploration with the launch of the new HRX Corporate Experience. The addition of 10 new Virtual Career Simulator buckets further solidified Mindler Immrse’s position at the forefront of shaping the future of career experiences, with an incredible 46 career simulations now available for students.
Mindler Navigate Program
This year witnessed the fourth instalment of the Mindler Navigate Program, encompassing the highly acclaimed Mindler Internship Program and the Mindler Scholarship and Talent Hunt.
The Mindler Internship Program expanded upon its formidable repertoire of Masterclasses, bringing in more experts to deliver essential skills and information for students. More than 20,000 students across India, South East Asia, and the Middle East set off on a quest to become career-ready at a pivotal moment in their academic journeys.
The Mindler Scholarship and Talent Hunt launched towards the end of the year, giving thousands of 12th Graders a unified pathway to secure scholarships worth Rs. 25 crores to esteemed universities around the world. This initiative has been a key highlight of the year, giving deserving talents a bridge to their ambitions without being held back by the fear of financial limits.
