Hello Hello! It’s that time of year when we will announce TwentyUnder20 of the Mindler Internship Program 4.0. They came from every corner of the nation and overseas.
Numbering in the thousands, with a dream to do and to be more. To discover new avenues to apply their talents, to build new skills from the ground up and to take old ones to their peak.
The Mindler Internship Program 4.0 saw incredible participation from Grade 11 & 12 students across India and overseas. They were united by a common goal – acquiring professional competencies that would give them a headstart on their journey from the classroom to the boardroom.
This year’s participants were an electrifying mix of hope, imagination, and diligence. Even amongst these bright sparks, however, there were those whose luminance was outstanding.
These twenty students went above and beyond to make their mark in the internship program, embodying ambition, innovation, and determination. This blog is our salute to their performance on the biggest stage of all, and a spotlight on their experiences in this virtual internship program.

What motivated you to sign up for the Mindler Internship Program?
“I really wanted to know what an internship actually was,” says Aakriti Mishra, “When I got to know that MIP would also have Masterclasses I was very excited, because I wanted to develop skills, time management, and entrepreneurial capabilities. The internship really helped in terms of my personal development.”
“I applied for the Mindler Internship Program to develop professional skills,” says Antima Pandey, “Through this journey Mindler has acted like a true friend, guide, and philosopher, enabling me to choose the right career path.”
“Mindler’s mentors are a great boon for educating and developing students,” gushes Ashutosh Gond, “I was looking forward to the varied knowledge I would gain, and salute the organization’s hard work and dedication.”
“The opportunity to learn from industry experts was the main factor,” says Syeada Tasnim, “I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and gained valuable insights from them. It was truly an invaluable opportunity.”
“I’ve always been someone who loves to explore and gain experience,” says Aafreen Kutchwala, “Which is what led to applying for MIP.”
“Mindler visited my school for a seminar which I really enjoyed,” narrates Sanjana Singh, “That’s when I decided to sign up, and I’m really glad I made the TwentyUnder20.”
“I learned about the Mindler Internship Program through a colleague,” notes Praneetha S.K., “I was immediately drawn to the opportunity to gain valuable experience.”
Can you recount a particularly memorable moment from your internship experience?
“There was a task that I had to brainstorm a lot for and ask many people for guidance,” says Anmoldeep Kaur, “When I finally came up with the idea at the end, I felt elated as I didn’t know I had the capability.”
“Interacting live with Pratham Mittal sir was mine,” says Ashutosh Gond, “He enlightened us about how a business works and how a businessman should think.”
“The Career Backtracking Masterclass by Mr. Abhishek Gulati was very novel and innovative,” opines Aysha Hanna, “I found it very useful to map out my own dreams and aspirations.”
“Making videos for the assignments boosted my confidence,” shares Ishwari Bhute, “It gave me the confidence to introduce myself to strangers and feel comfortable with myself.”
“Virtual Career Simulators let me experience a real life work scenario where there were tasks to complete and a boss to attend to,” says Ananya Anish, “As a music enthusiast who picked music production as a career choice, it gave me a lot of insight.”
“One of the videos I made for a business idea based assignment gave me the confidence to pitch it to an outsider,” shares Arushi Kesavaraju, “MIP really boosted my knowledge.”
“Exploring a career with Mindler Immrse’s Virtual Career Simulators,” declares Nishtha Lotlikar, “The office-like gamified platform was very creative and a fun way to learn.”
“For me the Masterclass on personalities was a favourite,” says Tushya Chawla, “It helped me understand myself better and realize how to unlock my highest self and utilize my full potential.”
How did you feel when you found out you made it to the TwentyUnder20 list?
“I was extremely elated when I received the mail,” says Maryam Syeda, “It gave me a sense of accomplishment, peace, and satisfaction for successfully achieving a goal I had worked towards.”
“I felt a mix of excitement, pride, and gratitude,” expresses Pallavi,”It was a great honour to be recognised among a select group of talented individuals under the age of 20. It served as a validation of my capabilities and potential for future success.”
“When I saw my name in the TwentyUnder20 list, I felt a sense of accomplishment,” remarks Ashish Singh, “I had never experienced this sort of happiness before.”
“Making it to the TwentyUnder20 list was surreal,” notes Divyalakshmi, “I never saw myself as a standout in such a way.”
“I never anticipated it,” says Sakshitha Sree, “I always gave my best in all assignments, completed tasks in between exams and made it. I felt so excited and happy!”
“Being a part of TwentyUnder20 is a privilege I deeply appreciate. It has fuelled my curiosity and passion for continuous learning,” notes Michelle Bibra, “This internship has broadened my horizons and helped me develop skills that will undoubtedly shape my future.”
Conclusion
Despite diverse backgrounds, our elite performers were bound together by a common thread of consistent excellence. The Mindler Internship Program applauds our TwentyUnder20 champions for their awe-inspiring showing over the course of the internship.
Our mission at Mindler is to empower all participants of the Mindler Internship Program with essential skills that are relevant and applicable across any professional endeavour. The entirety of the internship is conducted online, with a schedule that respects the academic commitments of participants.
The scope of this internship for students was expanded even further this year:-
1. Additional Masterclasses were incorporated to bring student interns up to date with trending careers in every stream.
2. Guest speakers such as Mr. Pratham Mittal, Founder of Masters’ Union, conducted expert sessions for students to gain real-world insights.
3. Fresh assignments were introduced to encourage students to apply their newly acquired skills, laying a robust groundwork for their future endeavours.
The Mindler Internship Program will return later this year in an even bigger and more skill-packed avatar. We extend a special invitation to all 11th and 12th Graders to seize their chance to be part of an unforgettable virtual internship experience.
