2022 has been a phenomenal year!<\/span><\/p>\n

This year, as social paradigms seek different means to resume normalcy from the onslaughts of the Pandemic, Mindler<\/a> kept growing, not simply with the number of students and educators walking towards career clarity and change but also internally with the team expanding.<\/span><\/p>\n

2022 has been a significant year that saw the impact of our mission to change the career guidance landscape by building a robust ecosystem celebrating career guidance and helping millions of youth towards discovering their perfect career.<\/span><\/p>\n

As we now move towards the new year of 2023 with an ambition to seek more ways of working towards our vision, let\u2019s rewind and walk through all our achievements, milestones, and the overall journey that made 2022 a splendid year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Awarded and Featured in BW Education 40 Under 40<\/h3>\n

40 under 40 organized by the Business World showcases influential leaders and entrepreneurs who are creating an impact in society.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Prateek Bhargava, Founder and CEO of Mindler, was honoured with this prestigious award that celebrated his determination of achieving the vision of reshaping the career guidance landscape with a robust career guidance ecosystem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Jury consisted of an elite row of stalwarts, who all made their decisions based on the social impact that each company and industry is making in the real-world context. To commemorate this recognition, Mr Prateek Bhargava, was featured in the BW magazine and <\/span>was listed among India\u2019s Top EdTech Entrepreneurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Expansion of Mindler Immrse<\/h3>\n

It was last year when Mindler acquired Immrse and introduced Mindler Immrse<\/a>. This year the story seems to unfold in a most enhanced way than ever, as the platform witnessed a series of new ventures and projects that aimed at further upskilling students with a more confident set of career choices.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our\u00a0 Virtual Career Simulation Program equipped students to experience their dream careers and deem their suitability with their overall expectations.\u00a0 From launching a set of 18 careers to steer around, it expanded the threshold and welcomed more careers, totalling up to 36, within a period of a few months.<\/span><\/p>\n

Virtual Career Simulation (VCS) program attracted 20,000+ students, who explored their interests and concluded their right career path. VCS also collaborated with the Institute of Risk Management India Affiliate in December and launched a joint Enterprise Risk Management Virtual Career Simulator Program.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While the VCS continue to expand, Mindler Immrse started a new venture which was known as Corporate Experience (CE).<\/span><\/p>\n

CE sought to expose students to famous brands, enabling them with a neat understanding of how reputed brand work, specifically in the realms of branding and marketing. We collaborated with PUMA in June and organized sessions with projects that will keep upskilling the students, giving them the chance to prove their worth to famous brands.<\/span><\/p>\n

Achievements seemed to overflow, when one of our students Kushal Agarwal, got an Internship at PUMA India, along with a few more students, who are in line to become PUMA interns.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mindler in UAE<\/h3>\n

In November of the year, our career experts went to Dubai, to help schools and students gain career clarity. Our career coaches visited reputed schools in Dubai to guide students through the career counselling sessions and to have an overview of how to unlock their chances of getting admission to prestigious universities in India. Not just that!<\/span><\/p>\n

Students also learned about the scholarship opportunities, and were introduced to the Mindler Navigate Program, designed for class 12 students to get internship exposure, leading towards securing handsome amounts of scholarships from reputed universities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Career Experts also conducted workshops and insightful sessions for Career Counsellors and Parents. The first session was for career counsellors where o<\/span>ur experts conducted a symposium on the Emerging World of New Age Careers in Higher Education. In this session, <\/span>we were elated to announce the launch of the Career Guidance Awards planned for 2023. The second session, <\/span>Career Guidance Conclave exclusively for Parents, highlighted the importance of career guidance in sustaining the demand of the present era. The participants got the opportunity to interact with leading universities, determining future prospects of lasting association.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The In-school Principle-Educator Connect enabled a platform where Principles and Educators could connect, network, and learn from prestigious universities in India over knowledge-filled sessions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mindler\u2019s NEP-ready Career Guidance Ecosystem in Schools Across the Country<\/h3>\n

Throughout the year we collaborated with leading schools and institutions across the country and brought in the power of Mindler\u2019s comprehensive career guidance ecosystem to empower students and educators. Our programs included Mindler\u2019s career assessment, virtual career simulations and internships, corporate experiences with leading brands like PUMA, 1-1 personalised guidance, college application guidance, in-school workshops\/ webinars, profile building, alumni connect & tracking, teacher & parent training on career guidance and more!<\/span><\/p>\n

Mindler Navigate Program<\/h3>\n

Mindler Navigate 3.0 went live this year with evermore zeal and pomp.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just like every year, this program took place in two events. The first event was the Mindler Internship Program, the World’s Largest Student Internship Drive for class 12 students, completed virtually. It\u2019s a 4-week journey that equips students with important skills in navigating their profile towards an avenue filled with opportunities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This internship impacted over 2.5 million students and empowered their lives with fruitful exposure to the professional world, further enhancing their overall skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The second part of the Navigate program is called the Mindler Scholarship and Talent Hunt (MSTH). This year we witnessed the participation of prestigious universities around the world, opening doors for students to make their dreams come true<\/span><\/p>\n

What made this event even grander and more exciting this year was our chief guest who launched the program, the Iron Lady, Dr.Kiran Bedi. <\/span><\/p>\n

This Year we witnessed humongous participation from educators, career coaches, and other professionals, who all wanted to create a real impact in the lives of the students by helping them to discover their perfect career and reshape the career guidance landscape with a robust career guidance ecosystem implemented in schools and institutions. <\/span><\/p>\n

This year we conducted our 63rd cohort and 34th virtual conference<\/a>, and created an army of over 36000 career coaches, who all are heading towards reconstructing the educational paradigm with a better career guidance system. With each day, we seem to come closer to our vision of mitigating the enormous gap in students\u2019 understanding of the right career choices to the total number of career coaches.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With career coaches all set to create an impact in society, we started enhancing and leveraging the weapon that will equip them to empower the students better. With our Mindler Partner Program<\/a>, we helped career coaches with a robust customised platform that will help them to function their coaching venture better and give their students a seamless career guidance experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This year to maximize the benefits of the International Certified Career Coach program we launched a plan where career coaches who wish to complete the 2nd Level and start their coachapreneur venture can avail a combo pack of ICCC Advanced Level along with the Mindler Partner Starter Annual Plan at a very attractive price.<\/span><\/p>\n
